The CTT benefit enrollment will be opening Monday, May 4, for the following bargaining group employees, provided the employee meets the criteria specified in his or her contract:

AFSCME, Educational Support Professionals, Grounds & Stock Workers, Janitor Engineers, MACA, Teachers (All Job Classifications), and Transportation

To access the CTT enrollment form:
- Log on to https://secure.mpls.k12.mn.us/CareerTransitionTrust/Index.aspx
- Select appropriate bargaining unit
- Enter User Name: Employee ID number (starts with 123 or 234)
- Password: Last four digits of your Social Security Number
- Complete the form, submit, and print the confirmation page for your records

If you are not able to log on and access the form, you do not meet the CTT eligibility criteria. Participation in the Minnesota State Deferred Compensation 457 Plan or the Valic 403(b) is required to receive this benefit. Please refer to your union contract for eligibility guidelines.
