Rally on the River - THIS Wednesday!

Calling all teachers, related services professional, ESPs to

be present and be counted.  It is time to show the

community we care about students.  It is time to

be Empowered Educators for Student Achievement!

Parents and community are also very welcome!

We look forward to seeing you at the Rally!

Boom Island (where the ferry boats dock)

across from the MFT at 67 8th AVE NE, 55413

just off the Plymouth Ave. bridge (MPLS.)

WHO:           

Everyone can be a part of the rally!

(The media will be there so we need a GREAT turnout!) 

COST:     

Free!  (Note:  food vendors are charging minimal $)

AGENDA:  

5:00 to 5:45 - Student entertainment! 

Drumming, step dancing, marching band! 

Grab a bite and be amazed as you watch.

Pick up a T-shirt, too!

5:45 to 6:15 - Short speeches from Mayor RT Rybak,

EM President Tom Dooher, parents, students,

community representatives, and a few more politicians.

We promise this will be energetic!

6:15 to 6:45 - Mix, mingle, eat, chat, and be present.

6:45 to 6:55 - DOOR PRIZES worth up to $500! 

Winners may donate prizes to their favorite classroom/teacher/program.

Be sure to grab a free ticket on the way into the rally!

Free parking at the MFT, Graco's, Scherer Brothers, and the Boom Island lots.
