2009 MPS Flu Shot Clinics are coming!

Seasonal Flu only (not H1N1)

Seasonal flu shots are scheduled for Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS) employees and family members age four years or older (ages 4-18 with parental consent).  There is no cost for employees and family members covered by the MPS Medica insurance.  Each individual receiving a flu shot must have their Medica ID card the day of the shot.  There will be a $24.99 charge payable by cash or check (payable to MVNA) the day of the shot for individuals without MPS Medica insurance.  Contact Employee Benefits at Benefits@mpls.k12.mn.us or 612-668-0560 with questions.
