Greetings,

This year's election cycle has been a history-making journey and your support and commitment has been equally impressive.  As we approach the last weekend before New Jersey's working families go to the polls, we need to step up to the plate, once again, and turn out another record-breaking weekend of labor-to-labor walks.  With six days left until Election Day, this is our final chance to make working families' voice heard.  Just yesterday, McCain stated that if he were elected, he would veto the employee Free Choice Act "in a New York minute."  There is too much on the line to become complacent.  The only poll that counts is the one on Election Day!

This is our most important weekend yet, and we encourage every affiliate to participate to their fullest capacity.  Please send volunteers to walking locations on Saturday, November 1, and GOTV locations on Election Day, Tuesday, November 4, 2008.
