Greetings, ELECTION ALERT
The final gubernatorial debate is set for next week and it could not have come at a better time. Union members are mobilizing across the state in mounting numbers, and nearly all the election polls report that the governors' race is in a dead heat. There are 24 days before Election Day and this is the time for us to turn the tide of the race. The New Jersey State AFL-CIO, Passaic County Central Labor Council, and Passaic County Building and Construction Trades Council cordially invite all union members to participate in a pre-debate rally on the campus of William Paterson University on Friday, October 16, 2009. Details for the pre-debate rally are as follows:
