ELECTION DAY - November 3, 2009 

As evidenced by the narrow margin of defeat in the gubernatorial campaign, it is clear that solidarity is still alive and well in the Garden State.  While we may not have been successful in the governor’s race, we were extremely successful in electing at least 39 union members to public offices ranging from the municipal level right up to the State Assembly.
