As many of you know, your Professional colleagues and the Communications Workers of America (CWA) have begun a union organizing campaign to bring the benefits of union representation to Professional staff at Rutgers.  Many people have been asking questions such as:

• I signed a card with AFT.  Why am I being asked to sign a CWA card?
