SEPTMEBER 11 TRIBUTE  -  LET US NEVER FORGET....

Friday will mark the eighth anniversary of the horrific events of 9/11, transforming our industry and our world in a way never experienced before.Tomorrow we take the time to remember our 'frontline heroes' - the Flight Attendants of United Airlines flights 93 and 175 and American Airlines flights 11 and 77 -who lost their lives just doing their jobs bravely and with conviction.

Let us remember, too, the over 3,000 victims of that tragic day, including pilots, passengers and rescue personnel who tried to make a difference in   preserving life and averting brutality and destruction.

On Friday, we ask all Members to observe a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m. ET to honor our heroes who died fighting for the lives of their passengers and for their own.  No matter where you are, take a moment to reflect on that fateful day and pay tribute to all that perished.  Let us never forget . . .
