Happy Holidays From Local Executive Council 94
As 2007 draws to a close, your Local AFA Officers would
like to thank all of you who participated in your union,
volunteered in committees, walked picket
lines, and sent letters to your representatives about
flight attendant issues. We look forward to 2008 and
pledge to work for positive change for our members in Detroit
and system wide. We remain dedicated to working on what we
can change, no matter how long it may take. Working
together, we are a strong force for change.

Please stay tuned to the hotline for more information on

Many thanks to all of our members who participated in the
Beacon Foundation benefit this month. Over $5,300 was
raised from your generosity, for Northwest flight
attendants in need. Every dollar donated by our flight
attendants through payroll deduction is given back to NWA
flight attendants who qualify for financial assistance.
Please visit the Beacon Foundation website for more information
about donating or applying for a grant at: www.nwabeaconfoundation.org.
