SPECIAL TOWN HALL MEETING

Scheduling and Reserve Contract Forum

Wednesday, May 21, 2008, 1200-1600

Local 94 is pleased to present a Scheduling and Reserve Contract Forum with Director of Flight Attendant Scheduling Brian Moreau, MEC Officer Representatives, and AFA MEC Scheduling and Reserve Committee Chairs.  Mark your calendar for this special opportunity for detailed, in depth explanations of contract changes.  Topics will include:

• New scheduling implementation items
• Time availability options (for no-show and unable to commute)
• Trip drops to match SILO Reserve availability
• Flying allocation (which base gets what and why)
• PBS
• Reserve contract changes (SILO, AM/PM, reserve preference, releases, etc.)
• Other important scheduling and reserve issues

+1200-1400  General scheduling and lineholder subjects will be presented followed by a question and answer discussion. 

+1400-1600 Reserve contract changes presented.  Detailed explanation of the recently implemented SILO rostering, AM/PM release will be provided, followed by a question and answer discussion.
