ü     AFA-CWA LEGAL BENEFITS ATTORNEY Mary Lou Savage will address important insurance issues for those considering the Early Out program, explain major differences between our NWA contractual employee health insurance costs and coverage and Delta’s policy-driven plan, and contrast/compare pension benefits plans, past and present.  Other merger topics to be discussed as they arise.

ü     NWA-AFA MEC AIR SAFETY, HEALTH AND SECURITY CHAIR Jeannie Elliot joins us with the latest news about how cross-training on the Delta fleet will affect you, an overview of the Safety Committee’s role in protecting you on and off the aircraft, security news and safety tips for international and domestic layovers, and other hot topics that affect your workplace.

ü   Specials Guests, DELTA FLIGHT ATTENDANT UNION ACTIVISTS will share their quest for Union representation at Delta Air Lines.  What’s the story with pay raises, pay cuts, and the ever-changing policy manual?  “What happens if??”  What is this “Delta culture” we keep hearing about?  Do their work rules work?  Discover why a growing team of Delta activists work tirelessly to gain union rights and representation.
