Greetings,
Approximately 2,300 employees of the Disneyland Hotels will be
faced with increased cost and eligibility requirements for
benefits like health-care, vacation, and seniority. These hard
working employees which include bellman, dishwashers, room
attendants and cooks have been without a contract since February
2008. Disney's proposals will make it difficult for these
workers to obtain healthcare causing suffering to many workers
and their family.
UNITE HERE LOCAL 11 has recently launched
www.disneyisunfaithful.org to document and bring awareness on
how unfair Disney is. The website shares worker's stories,
videos, pictures in their struggle for a fair contract. Please
