Tell Your Representatives:
Enough Is Enough!
End The War And
Stand Up For Iraqi Workers
U.S. And Iraqi Workers For Peace

We know you've been speaking out on the war for years, but we need to continue to keep pressure on our Representatives to end the war.  Please ask your Representatives to:

- Not link military withdrawal from Iraq with the adoption of an oil law that will result in privatization and foreign control of Iraq's major national resource.

-Remove all U.S. military forces from harm's way by immediately withdrawing all troops and private contractors from Iraq, and care for our veterans when they return.

-Demand that the Iraqi government and U.S. military authorities abide by internationally recognized labor rights-to freely organize unions, to collectively bargain and to strike when necessary.

-Fully respect Iraqi's sovereignity, End U.S. efforts to dictate Iraqi's political and economic future.

Subject: Request On The War And Occupation Of Iraq

Dear [ Decision Maker ] ,

I am writing you today, to continue to ask that you do your part in ending the war and occupation of Iraq.

I ask that you support legislation that would:

-Not link military withdrawal from Iraq with the adoption of an oil law that will result in privatization and foreign control of Iraq's major national resource.

-Demand that the Iraqi government and U.S. military authorities abide by internationally recognized labor rights to freely organize unions, to collectively bargain, and to strike when necessary.

-Fully respect Iraq's sovereignty. End U.S. efforts to dictate Iraq's political and economic future.

I want to reiterate how important ending this occupation and war is to me as a voter. It will play a key part in my decisions on who to vote for in elections in 2008.

I sincerely hope you will do everything you can to end this war, before anymore lives are lost.

Sincerely,

Campaign Launched:
June 13, 2007
