Rutgers AAUP-AFT Election 2008 Recommendations

To stand up for quality public higher education in New Jersey and get results in Trenton and Washington, DC, two actions build clout:

(1) In the short term, Labor Walks 2008: Canvaasing fellow union members door-to-door helps Get Out the Vote for candidates that back our issues; and
(2) In the long run, AFT COPE funds: Resources that continuously build our capacity for effective advocacy.

Can we count on you to participate? Please send in your COPE form (a suggested donation is between $1-$5 per pay period). Here is the COPE form: http://rutgersaaup.org/COPE/COPE_explanation2.pdf

Can we count on you to volunteer for a Saturday morning labor walk? To RSVP for a labor walk, fill in the e-letter to Rutgers AAUP-AFT below and click to send.
