This is a reminder that there is a membership ratification vote underway on a tentative settlement between Rutgers AAUP-AFT and RU administration. If you have not voted yet, please review the following information:

Rutgers AAUP-AFT reached a tentative settlement with RU administration on August 12, 2009. Members are now voting on a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and a separate Letter of Agreement (LOA). Please return your ballot by Friday, September 4 no later than 4 PM to 11 Stone Street, New Brunswick, NJ 08901, if you have not already done so. Ballots may be mailed via campus mail or regular mail.

Many ballots are pouring in. Make sure your ballot is one of them!

Ballots have been mailed to your home address. Anyone who is a member has the right to vote in this ratification process. If you did not receive a ballot packet, contact us by replying to this email or calling us at 732-964-1000.
