Adjuncts at Burlington Community College are organizing into a union. Do you teach at Burlington Community College or know someone who does? If the answer is yes, please contact Rutgers AAUP-AFT. 

Of the approximately 400 faculty who teach at Burlington, 80% are working part time as adjuncts.  American Federation of Teachers (AFT) organizers are assisting adjuncts to win union recognition to improve compensation and working conditions.
