In June, the postdocs at Rutgers voted yes to form a union and since then, a team of postdocs has been working hard to write contract proposals to be negotiated with the university. Find out how contract negotiations work and what items postdocs feel are important for improving your working conditions at Rutgers. 

On Thursday, October 22, 2009 from 5:30-7:30 pm come to Charlie Brown’s Restaurant to meet other postdocs from across the university to find out what provisions they’re looking to gain in a contract, find out more about the union and have a chance to meet and discuss each other’s research.
