What are you doing right now to help health care reform pass? 

We are in the fight of our lives right now. Insurance companies are working day and night to make sure Legislators allow the status quo to continue. Why? Because in the current system health insurance companies WIN and the rest of us LOSE.

Don't let health care reform FAIL by not working to help it PASS.

The San Francisco Labor Council has designated October 5th – 9th as Health Care Action Week. 

Health Care Action Week will begin and end with handwritten letter drives on Monday, October 5th and Friday, October 9th. We need you to collect handwritten letters to Senator Feinstein and mail/email/fax copies to the SFLC. Our goal is to get 500 letters this week and we need everyone to participate. See the attached forms to get you started.

Join us October 6th at 11:30 AM at Justin Herman Plaza in SF for a Citizen Action Against Blue Cross. We'll be issuing an arrest warrant to Blue Cross CEO Angela Braly for the health care crimes she has committed to maximize her own profits.

On October 7th and 8th we will join labor union members across America in two National Call-In Days. We need all unions calling 877-264-HCAN continuously.
