Starting Saturday, Oct. 24, at 10 a.m., work begins on the SPEEA float for the Veterans Day parade based on an award-winning idea. If you can join us, bring a saw, screwdrivers and paint clothes to the office. We’ll be there after work during the week, too. Your help is appreciated.

SPEEA invites you and your family to walk in the parade, Saturday, Nov. 7, and hand out flags. Call the office at 682-0262 to sign up today!

SPEEA Young Professionals thank everyone who submitted an entry in the Veterans Day Parade SPEEA float contest. All of the participants’ time and effort were appreciated. This year’s winners are:

This year’s float theme is based on a World War II Normandy Beach D-Day landing craft.
