TAKE ACTION NOW

URGENT! Protect MO's Minimum Wage for Tipped Employees

In 2006, 76.4% of Missourians voted to pass Proposition B to raise the wage for ALL Missouri workers, including tipped employees. Now, House Bill 258 is threatening to roll back the minimum wage for tipped employees to that of 15 years ago.

We must act NOW! CLICK HERE NOW,  to tell the Special Standing Committee on Workforce Development & Workplace Safety that the citizens of Missouri want to protect the wages of 53,240 tipped employees.

URGENT! Tell your Senator: Support The Stimulus

Today, mass transit is in serious danger of being cut at a time when it's demand is at an all time high. Potentially, mass transit improvements have the ability to revitalize the economy, reduce our dependency on oil, and reduce harmful emissions. We must act now to preserve and improve our transit system by urging our US Senators to pass economic recovery legislation that will direct funds toward infrastructure.

CLICK HERE NOW, to send your letter to our US Senators.
