Greetings,

Help send a delegation of servers from across the state to Jefferson City.

Currently, House Bill 258, which will cut the minimum wage for Missouri's tipped employees from $3.52 to $2.13, is making its way to the House floor.

On March 24, 2009 Jobs with Justice is sending a delegation of servers from across the state to meet with legislators in Jefferson City to tell them NOT to cut their wages.

We need you to TAKE ACTION RIGHT NOW:

Please make whatever donation you can to enable Missouri Jobs with Justice and its leaders to help waiters and waitresses throughout Missouri protect their minimum wage.

Meeting Jobs with Justice member and waitress, Dana Dreher(center), made all the difference for State Representative Stephen Webber D-Columbia and Representative Gina Walsh D-North St. Louis County.  Both Representatives are supporting waiters and waitresses, and opposing the bill to cut their minimum wage.
