It's time. Health care costs are skyrocketing, and last
fall we voted for
real change. Congress needs to support President Obama and pass
health care reform in this session. THIS IS A CRISIS! A
recent Gallup study shows that 5 million Americans have lost
their health care in the last 9 months! Economic recovery can't
happen without major health care reform!
Unfortunately, big insurers are standing in the way and their
deep pockets are threatening the effort. We need all union
members, their families and friends to call their member of
Congress and Senators Nelson and Martinez on this important
day.

- Support the principles of HR 3200, the "America's
Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009."
- Support
Americans' right to choose a strong public option for health
care.
- Make sure that employers who refuse to offer
health care coverage pay into a system that provides health care
for their workers.
- Don't support any measure that taxes
worker's health care benefits.
