As the president of Union Privilege, I try to test-drive all the Union Plus products. But, like you, I also want to make sure I'm getting the best deal. That's why, in 2005, when I bought a house, I looked around at several mortgage providers, including the Union Plus Mortgage program provider Chase.

I was so happy to see that our rates were competitive, and when it came to closing day on our house, they capped the fees at only $100. I wasn't a new homebuyer, so I didn't get the $500 in union groceries, but I'm happy to know that I'll have six months of interest-free loans if I'm ever disabled and unable to work.
