The United Steelworkers Activist Corps is a collective of rank and file activists committed to the continuous coordination and implementation of strategic grassroots actions throughout the United States; and to the recruitment, education, and ongoing training of the next generation of USW activists.
When you sign up with the USW Activist Corps you become part of a national movement to stand for human rights. Via USW Electronic Activism (eActivism), you will receive regular notifications of events, rallies, and walks that comprise a grassroots effort to fight for safety and equity in the workplace. And, if you want to coordinate an event in your community, the USW International Political Department can help get the word out by targeting activists through eActivism and phonebanking from USW headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
